Three building blocks, one project
Cabling without network planning is just tidy cable clutter. Network technology without documentation is a compliance risk. We deliver both together, and the paperwork to go with it.
1. Structured Cabling
The invisible part that lasts the longest. We run Cat6A throughout, even where Cat6 would technically suffice, because X-ray equipment, diagnostic devices, and practice IT will need more bandwidth in five years than they do today.

2. Network Technology & Segmentation
One network for everything is the most common mistake in medical practices: having reception, diagnostic devices, and guest Wi-Fi on the same network opens up unnecessary attack surface. We build on UniFi hardware (cloud gateway, PoE switches, access points) and separate cleanly by VLAN.

3. Legally Sound Documentation
The part generic IT installers usually skip, and the one that makes the difference during an audit or a data breach. You get documents ready to sign, not boilerplate text pulled off the internet.

A confidentiality undertaking for everyone with technical access to practice systems: a prerequisite for working with health data at all.
Art. 28 GDPR
A data processing agreement (DPA) that precisely records which data we may process, how, and what obligations follow from it.
IT services agreement

Fixed-price quote & network concept
You receive a written quote with cable routing, a hardware proposal, and a VLAN concept: written to be understood, not just technical jargon.
Installation
Cabling and hardware installation, scheduled outside consultation hours or on practice-free days.
Documentation & handover
Test reports, network plan, confidentiality undertaking, and data processing agreement, signed and archived before we leave.
